No Subcontracting

Integral Recoveries does not use a Subcontractor or have any Off-Shore Call Centers to perform debt collection services. All work performed is done at our corporate office located at 750 West Hampden Avenue #501 Englewood, CO 80110. This allows for all of our administration, collection, customer service, legal, compliance and IT resources to be managed in-house at a single and secure location. This approach has allowed us to provide our clients with a high level of service unmatched by many of the other large collection agencies.

No Subcontracting – All work is performed and managed at our corporate office. This allows our clients with a single point of contact for all of their debt collection needs. Integral takes ownership of the entire collection process.
Integral Does Not Use Any Off-Shore Call Centers – Unlike many of the larger collection agencies, all account representatives and client support is housed and managed at a single US location. Our employees are highly experienced and goes through an extensive training program.
