In 1995 Terry founded Integral Recoveries as a self-funded start-up after spending eight years with a large national accounts receivable management firm in positions of increasing responsibility. Terry developed and implemented the organizations marketing and sales strategies; created and implemented work standards for various account types; hired and trained the collection, marketing, IT and support staff and established an employee benefits program. Currently Terry oversees the overall operations of Integral Recoveries. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications / Public Relations with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and holds memberships in the American Collector Association International, the Debt Buyers Association and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
Jeffrey Slack has been with Integral Recoveries since 2005 and is responsible for Marketing in Government, Healthcare and other verticals. He has experience in receivables management since 1995 internationally. Jessica is the Compliance Officer and has worked in the collection industry for over 20 years. She recently started on her 19th year with Integral Recoveries. At the start of her career she was an entry level account representative but spent many years as a Department Supervisor before taking on the role of Compliance Supervisor, then becoming the Compliance Officer in 2016.
